Welcome to GiorgioBaldini.com or GBaldiniart.com (the website). Before using this service, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to ALL the terms and conditions listed below. GiorgioBaldini.com or GBaldiniart.com (the website) and its contents are ALL property of Giorgio Baldini Art. The “company,” “we,” “us,” and “ours,” all refer to Giorgio Baldini Art and its affiliates. Giorgio Baldini Art is an online art store for commissions including, but not limited to people, pets, and landscapes as well as an art gallery.

General Information

Giorgio Baldini Art reserves the right to change, add, modify, or delete anything present on this website. These terms and conditions may change without any future notice, so it is important to read them carefully every time you use these services. Giorgio Baldini Art also reserves the right to change prices for any service related to this business without prior notice. Some discounts may be given privately to select friends and family at the discretion of Giorgio Baldini Art.

Commissions

Note: This summary is at the bottom of the “commissions” page. BEFORE ASKING GIORGIO BALDINI ART TO COMMISSION YOU AGREE TO ALL THE FOLLOWING BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. GIORGIO BALDINI ART AND ITS AFFILIATES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. USING THIS SERVICE INAPPORATALEY IS A VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NO FULL REFUND IS GUARANTEED AFTER THE COMMISSION FORM IS SUBMITTED VIA ELECTRONICALLY OR PHYSICALLY.

1. COPYRIGHT. All content on Giorgio Baldini Art is the property of Giorgio Baldini Art. When submitting a reference image (via email or text) to Giorgio Baldini to be drawn or painted you agree to the reference image being reproduced and published. This includes but is not limited to the reference image being drawn or painted. When signing up you AGREE to give Giorgio Baldini CONSENT to publish the final piece of artwork on YouTube®, Instagram®, or other media. Posting or recreating artwork from the company without legal written consent is considered copyright infringement. 

2. PRICING. BEFORE signing up you MUST agree to the prices on this sheet before placing your request.  The prices listed on the “commissions” page DO NOT include framing but do include shipping. If you would like your piece framed by Giorgio Baldini Art, an additional charge will be necessary. The larger the size, the higher the price will be. For a custom request, expect high prices. Also, limited-time offer sales may be listed on the web page’s top banner.

3. QUALITY OF ARTWORK. The artwork quality may vary depending on the size, materials, supplies, medium, and reference photo. The artwork is not guaranteed to appear exactly as shown in the preview photograph. The reference photo quality impacts the quality of the final piece. For example, a high-quality reference photo will produce a very detailed crisp piece whereas a blurry low-resolution reference photo will produce a blurry and low-detailed piece. However, Giorgio Baldini Art recognizes that there may be a limited supply of photos so we will strive for the best. Promoting and Posting our Business is appreciated if you give proper attribution to Giorgio Baldini Art. This may include social media posts, blogs, or any other way of sharing our work if you follow ALL the guidelines listed in these terms and conditions. You may NOT post, duplicate, copy, modify, share, or sell ANY image created by Giorgio Baldini Art without written consent from the company. Without receiving written consent from the company, it is considered copyright infringement to repost or reproduce artwork from the company. Any action violating these terms will result in the cancellation of our services to you and NO refund in addition to the highest penalty of law.  Any sendbacks will have an additional $15.00 per send back. The prices listed above may be subject to change.  

4. USE OF SERVICES. Giorgio Baldini Art reserves the right to suspend a customer for whatever valid reason there is or refuse service to anyone. Failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in suspension and permanent termination with no refund of our services. 

YouTube® Videos

Giorgio Baldini Art uses multiple third parties including You Tube® only for educational and inspirational purposes. None of these videos may be reproduced in any matter without written consent from Giorgio Baldini Art. We reserved the right to change, modify, or delete any of these videos at any given time for whatever reason. Those who write inappropriate comments or behave inappropriately in any way towards Giorgio Baldini Art, including its channel on YouTube® will be reported.

The “Tutorial Series” videos are posted only for educational purposes on the web. Giorgio Baldini Art has no control over what you are going to do, assume, or how your result (piece) may end up. Some techniques may simply work for others while others do not. Any practices that you copy from Giorgio Baldini Art you do so at your own risk. There is no guarantee that anything you see us do will work for you. Speed drawings are posted purely for inspirational purposes and may not be copied or reproduced in any way without written consent from Giorgio Baldini Art.

Patreon® Memberships

Patreon® Memberships to Giorgio Baldini Art are administrated by Giorgio Baldini Art. Giorgio Baldini Art owns all the rights to reproduce these videos. You may NOT share or post these videos with anyone who does not have an active Patreon® account subscribed to Giorgio Baldini Art. Actual results may vary even when following along in a tutorial.
